Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy
Customers wishing to cancel an order and return goods should notify us within 14 days of the date of receipt of the goods and return the goods with 10 days of this notification.
The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return carriage.
All returned goods must be returned unused and in ‘as new’ condition, in their original packaging and with all accessories, manuals, etc, included. Goods returned with items missing and/or damaged are not eligible for a credit/refund.
Where goods are received back in ‘as new’ condition the Customer will receive a refund or Credit Note within 30 days from receipt of the original Goods.
Certain goods are not eligible for return or refund. These include items custom made to order, goods with customisations, finishes or features, software, pyrotechnic cartridges, earphones and cut lengths of cable, rope, flooring or cloth. Additionally, goods which are not standard stock items and which have been specially ordered may attract a re-stocking fee.
Used and ex-hire items are all sold-as-seen and carry a limited 48-hour guarantee only. Problems with used and ex-hire items must be notified to us within this 48 hour window to quality for a return and/or refund.
